Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Next Day Delivery: We offer Next Day Delivery for all orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders will arrive the next business day (Monday to Friday) if the order is placed before the cutoff time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates:

Flat Rate Shipping: £10 for Next Day Delivery, regardless of order size or weight.

Free Shipping: We do not currently offer free shipping. All orders will incur a flat rate shipping fee of £10 for Next Day Delivery.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undelivered packages due to an incorrect address.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@radiantcontrol.co.uk and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
